PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN DAN PSIKOEDUKASI STRATEGI PASTORAL UNTUK MENUMBUHKAN KESEHATAN MENTAL DI SEKOLAH

Abstract
Kesehatan mental siswa merupakan isu mendesak di sekolah-sekolah Kristen era digital. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana integrasi pendidikan agama Kristen dan psikoedukasi dapat menjadi strategi pastoral yang efektif untuk membangun ketahanan mental siswa. Menggunakan metode tinjauan kepustakaan kualitatif-deskriptif terhadap literatur ilmiah 2015–2024, kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan agama Kristen menyediakan fondasi spiritual dan moral yang memperkuat ketahanan psikologis, sementara psikoedukasi memberikan keterampilan praktis untuk mengenali dan mengelola emosi. Strategi pastoral yang efektif mencakup konseling berbasis iman, pelatihan guru dan pemimpin rohani, kolaborasi dengan profesional kesehatan mental, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang etis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sekolah Kristen memiliki potensi unik untuk menjadi ekosistem holistik yang memadukan spiritualitas, psikologi, dan komunitas iman guna mendukung kesehatan mental siswa secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan.
