Abstract

Fenomena 'faith-unbundled'—yaitu kecenderungan untuk membangun iman secara eklektik dari berbagai sumber digital—telah memunculkan figur-figur influencer dan podcaster sebagai otoritas spiritual baru bagi Generasi Z. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dimensi teologis identitas sebagai fondasi bagi pemulihan kesehatan mental melalui konsep menemukan diri di dalam Kristus di tengah ruang siber. Menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur kualitatif-deskriptif, studi ini menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik dari rentang tahun 2015-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memiliki potensi besar sebagai portal penginjilan dan pembentukan komunitas iman virtual, namun juga membawa risiko sistemik seperti isolasi sosial, cyberbullying, dan gangguan kesehatan mental. PAK dipanggil untuk mengembangkan kurikulum literasi digital teologis, menyiapkan pendidik sebagai fasilitator spiritual digital, dan merancang strategi pastoral online yang mengedepankan etika Kristiani. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya adaptasi misi gereja dalam ruang digital demi menjamin keutuhan pertumbuhan iman generasi masa depan yang tangguh di era disrupsi.
