GURU PAK DI ERA DEEP LEARNING TRANSFORMASI PERAN PENDIDIK SEBAGAI FASILITATOR PEMBELAJARAN IMAN BERBASIS REFLEKSI

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dan paradigma pedagogi modern mendorong pergeseran dari pembelajaran permukaan ke deep learning—pembelajaran mendalam yang menekankan keterlibatan, refleksi, dan transfer pengetahuan. Di dalam pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK), era ini menuntut guru untuk bertransformasi dari penyampai materi menjadi fasilitator yang membimbing siswa membangun hubungan pribadi dengan Tuhan dan merefleksikan iman mereka. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif‑deskriptif melalui studi pustaka 2015–2025 untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana guru PAK dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dan strategi pembelajaran mendalam serta peran pastoral guna menumbuhkan iman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa guru harus mengintegrasikan disiplin reflektif, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, mentoring, dan penggunaan teknologi yang bijak. Tantangan seperti disinformasi digital, ketidaksiapan guru, dan tekanan akademik diidentifikasi, beserta rekomendasi praktis untuk membangun lingkungan pembelajaran iman yang mendalam.
