INTEGRASI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN DAN KESEHATAN MENTAL UPAYA MEMBANGUN KETAHANAN EMOSIONAL SISWA DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract
Era digital menciptakan tekanan ganda bagi generasi muda: paparan teknologi yang intens meningkatkan risiko kecemasan, depresi, dan isolasi sosial, sementara kebutuhan akan makna spiritual justru semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana integrasi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dan program kesehatan mental dapat membangun ketahanan emosional siswa di era digital. Menggunakan metode tinjauan kepustakaan kualitatif-deskriptif terhadap literatur ilmiah 2015–2024, kajian ini menemukan bahwa praktik spiritual—doa, refleksi kitab suci, ibadah komunitas—serta intervensi digital yang terarah secara sinergis meningkatkan regulasi emosi, rasa memiliki, dan ketahanan moral siswa. Kurikulum PAK terintegrasi, didukung oleh guru yang terlatih, komunitas gereja, dan platform digital Kristiani yang kontekstual, merupakan respons holistik yang mendesak terhadap krisis kesehatan mental remaja. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model integrasi PAK-kesehatan mental berbasis komunitas sebagai strategi prioritas bagi sekolah-sekolah Kristen di Indonesia.
